- MojoSort™ Dead Cell Removal Kit (MojoSort™ 死細胞去除試劑盒)
此試劑盒可有效的去除死細胞，使得在下游應用實驗中，具有良好活性的細胞樣本，且不需使用含有高 Ca (2+) 濃度的專用緩衝液。此試劑利用 Apo-Monomer 和 Streptavidin nanobeads 之間會形成複合物的原理，以高親和力的方式結合暴露在凋亡細胞和死細胞表面的磷脂酰絲氨酸殘基，達到去除死細胞的效果。
此試劑盒可將死細胞結合到具有磁力的奈米球上，再將液體倒入乾淨的試管中，就可收集未被磁力奈米球吸附的活細胞。 試驗中需注意，所收集的液體是目標細胞，可進行後續功能測定、基因表達、表型表徵等的下游應用。
