Abcam 於 2021 年 10 月 27 日宣布成功收購試劑盒大廠 BioVision。

BioVision 主要提供分子與細胞生物學相關研究用試劑，其產品包含檢測試劑盒、抗體、重組蛋白質等，適用研究領域包括細胞凋亡與增生、細胞損傷、代謝和訊息傳遞等等。

整併 BioVision 增強了 Abcam 的內部創新能力，擴大了 Abcam 生化檢測和細胞檢測的市場規模，並帶來多達 70 人的生產及研發專家團隊，提供更完善的分析套組產品線以服務客戶需求。
